MIB Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
(1) Managing Director :
- Central Government officials belonging to Group ‘A’, which includes the Union Armed Forces and All India Services.
- Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) with a full-time executive director on the Board.
- Employed in the entertainment sector at a senior level or at least one level below the board level in a company, excluding news and print media companies, with an annual turnover of more than Rs. 250 crores.
Experience and Qualifications: Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of combined experience in the entertainment industry within the past decade, with the exception of news and print media organizations. Additionally, a Master’s Degree or equivalent Post Graduate Diploma is required.
(2) Director (Finance):
Requirement: Candidate must hold a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant qualification, or a full-time MBA/PGDM with a focus on Finance from a reputable University/Institution with a strong academic background.
Experience Required: The candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years of total experience within the past decade in Corporate Financial Management/Corporate Accounts at a well-known company.
